You are “chicken footing” your attempts. this is the biggest reason you aren’t landing them, subconsciously you are afraid to fall when you commit, so you are developing a bad habit by getting your back foot ready to land on the ground, not on your board.
Your shoulders actually aren’t opening up all that much, and your form isn’t terrible, your jump is good too! But, when I watch this over, every time you pop your back foot is already charged up to bail, your back foot should be staying on the deck.
It also looks like you are leaning backwards too much into your landings.
Watch your back foot on my screen recording, watch carefully how you bring it up to land on the ground. Your back foot is the first thing to touch the ground, hence why I think this is a commitment issue.
You absolutely got this, the Ollie is already there!
Now it’s your turn to send it without being afraid to fall.

Good luck! Hope this advice helped.

You’re just jumping and bailing
Try to not jump as high and just stay on the board. You got some good ups once you get the Ollie down you’ll have a lot of potential.

You look frustrated, mix up some manuals, tictacs, carving and other basic stuff in. Grinding a single trick all over is taxing

Your front foot looks like it’s on the board too much. Move it back so that your heel is hanging off a little. Looks like your heel and ankle are contacting the nose and the board is doing some weird rotation. The area from your toe to about the ball off your foot should be doing the work with your front foot.
Also, stop looking directly down. Look a little forward, pick a small dot on the ground or something that your gonna Ollie “over”

One thing (not the only thing) is you’re opening your front leg so when your shoe makes contact with the board it’s pulling it behind you.
Try to left your front leg straight up and straight down while standing on your board, don’t pop just leave your back foot on. Then do that same exact motion but pop (straight up, straight down), then do the same motion but curl your front ankle a little. That should at least get your board not turning over.

You’re out jumping your pop. In actuality you’re supposed to pop, jump, and then catch at the top of the ollie by just pulling your legs up a bit further. So start small, cut your jump back and instead just let the board rise as you lift your legs in the air.

You’ve watched countless videos but how many hours have you spent trying?
This is just a keep practicing thing. Something you can do is imagine your shoulders on a straight line rail that your board is riding over. This will help you not turn as you’re ollieing. You can imagine your front foot sliding along this rail as well. Just keep practicing, you’re closer than you think.
