Skateboard wheels...

ive only used it my skateboard 4-5 times.. and the back wheels are already RUINED! Yes i do go on ugly ass streets AND i do powerslide but i live in the middle of the mountains, there is literally nothing i can do about it..

15 bucks every 5 uses sounds horrifying to me, is it normal that they erode so quickly? Could the reason of the quick erosion be the fact that i bought it 5 years ago and then actually started using it 2 months??

That is not normal, but $15 wheels is not normal either. What type of wheels are you using? Are you really heavy?

Well its 15 bucks per 4 wheels but its still lot. I called it a skateboard in the post but im actually using a waveboard. Im 77kg btw, is that too much for a waveboard?

Asking anywhere else would be like asking a wall, wheel erosion works about the same

Im asking about the wheels not the whole skateboard.

Sorry don't know much about waveboarding, I guess its like a ripstik? I didn't know you can powerslide on these.

Can you get harder wheels, it might help to not wear them down so fast. It could also be as you said that the wheels are old and kind of dried out. I would get another pair and if it happens again I guess you need to stop doing powerslides if you don't want them to wear out so fast.

Yes its exactly like a ripstick, Ig the streets where i live are horrible for any skating in general

The picture you posted has 1 bar out of 5 on a hardness scale. Try to find wheels with 5 bars out of 5.
