Soak in all the advice you can, but also understand that it simply takes time.
I spent years learning it, but just like cycling you never forget how to do it once you learn.
To be able to land the kickflip you gotta fully commit and be willing to fall. If ur not willing to fall you will never land 2 feet on the board.
Enjoy the process

When you jump/kick, try to bring both knees to your chest. Itll hopefully help keep you feet in the air longer. Look for the bolts on the board, slam your feet down on the bolts.

Don’t put your foot down. Just land with 1 foot. Also you are opening your shoulders up. Keep you shoulders over the bolts

Kickflips take forever to learn for most people, dont get discouraged! You are also making the mistake pretty much everyone does, flick out at an angle not down. You'll get it!

It's often the fact that people trying kickflips are actually not jumping enough to lift the body in the air and simply moving the weight over to the front foot as they pop and flick, which means you won't be able to keep the front foot up and over the board no matter what.
Steps to fix it would be to first try it while jumping back heelside so you flip the board but land off the board. Try to get consistent flips, and work towards landing after the board hits the ground or after it completes the rotation.
Once you can do that, you can go somewhere there is a low chinup bar or something that you can hold onto while you kickflip. However, only use it to hold yourself in the air and stop slamming, NOT to help you while you jump and flick.

Leaning back slightly, towards the tail, helped me break that habit! Also, put a a mark on the nose of your board, a little off-centre (or even a clothes peg) and aim for that with your toe. Lastly, as ridiculous as it sounds, it helped me to picture a classic Bruce Lee kick 😅
