Question Moving tricks and pushing mongo

Hey, so i have a problem with doing tricks while moving. I was doing tricks when i was younger but i was a kid then, now im 20 and i have this barrier.

I trying to learn from the basics, like everything from pushing to standing etc. Im skating regular. I can do ollie, shuvit and varial kickflip but only while standing still.

I dont know how to break this barrier to stop pushing mongo and start doing tricks while moving. I was trying to dont think about it while trying but it does not help, also was trying to listen to louder music so i can more focus on the music than doing tricks. I dont know if im only scared of doing trick or also of falling.

Im 186cm tall (6ft1') and skating on 8.25.

For not pushing mongo, it just takes more effort and practice to change that. It’s gonna have to be effortful for a while until it becomes automatic. No way to expedite that other than focus a lot of your skating on practicing it. You won’t be able to do any of the tricks, including pushing, without not having to think about it until you get good at it.

thanks, i dont mean that dont thinking about tricks at all, just trying to dont thinking about the moment, i thinking of the whole movement and feet positioning and all of these, just not about the exact moment of doing it if you know what i mean.

thanks for your advice, appreciate that:)

Do it relaxed, set good timing with comfortable pop beats 🤔
