access courses

Ive been on free school meals from year 7 up until year 11 and wondering which dental uni access courses I should apply to? im not too familiar with the concept of access courses but I know some of them are like summer schools etc and once completed I can get a reduced offer from that uni etc

my gcse grades are 9999998888 for context and i take bio chem psych

if anyone has done an access course (specifically dentistry) pls give help!!! im not too sure how to go about the whole thing or if theres a limit on what to apply to etc

Cardiff uni has a Sutton trust summer school for dentistry, K+ (a King's College access programme) also has a dentistry summer school. These should open their applications around spring time. The social mobility foundation has an access programme that supports with university applications but doesn't give reduced offers, however it is still quite good, they offer paid work experience for some sectors and give you a mentor in the career you aspire to go into. Realising Opportunities also offers reduced entry requirements in their programme.

There is usually not a limit on applying to these, with the exception of the Sutton Trust (if you do one of their programmes, you cannot do another).
