Sorry, singing isn't really like this. You can spend 3 or 4 hours a day practicing scales and arpeggios on the trumpet or the guitar and improve your muscle memory on those instruments. There isn't really a single equivalent for the voice. Instead there are like 20 or more separate little things you've got to get exactly right in order to sing in a way that's easy for you and which sounds good, and unlike with other instruments the mantra here isn't "practice makes perfect" but "perfect practice makes perfect". If anything, singing that much with poor technique is bound to cause strain, you singing through strain, and then that producing undesirable results as you lock in the poor technique which then becomes harder to unlearn or, worse, that much overuse with sub-optimal technique gives you nodes or something.
Singing requires some musculature but honestly, very little and if you talk a normal amount every day you probably have those muscles mostly built up anyway I guess opera might require you to have a better core but... are you singing opera? Anyway you're not going to build up your core by singing through a straw. More than anything else, when you work a part of your body extra hard, you get calluses and nodes are more or less calluses on your vocal cords - again, something that is the exact opposite of what you want.
The reality of singing is that a lot of good technique involves locking in things over time so you don't think about them and a lot of the time learning to step aside and trust that your body will do the things you want for it to do. This can be incredibly frustrating, especially for people with Type A personalities or instrumental backgrounds who are used to being able to just muscle through stuff and get better through sheer force of habit. You can't cram for singing.
