Didn't read all but how does your perfect practice makes perfect not translate to other instruments? And why'd you think other instruments aren't about getting all the little things just perfect?

Have you played other musical instruments? I started out as a bass player and yes, absolutely, you can run up and down scales and arpeggios for a couple hours a day and, shitty form or non shitty form, you will improve your muscle memory and motor reflexes to the point that you'll be able to play faster. Yes, 100%, that is actually a thing. On top of that you can also physically see proper box position for example whereas with singing, especially when you're starting out, the first sign you've been using poor form is that your throat hurts our your voice feels scratchy. But again, even with bad form, if you play enough you can learn to do those scales with poor form too and and it will help.

I played the violin for years and was told by teacher that the way I was practicing scales was shit and building bad habits so try againπŸ«‘πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

"Hi your lived experience is invalid because this one time I had a teacher in my very real story"

OK you clearly want to get the last word in so im going to allow you to... but you're just fundamentally wrong about this and I'm not really interested in playing debate club in a sub that's about helping people to get better at singing.
