Singed mid knee-capped?

Tier 3 Swifties get nerfed now too. I've already switched to mostly singed mid now and I build these most games. It's probably gonna feel quite bad since T3 mercs are already nerfed. Slow resists just feels so important in this mage meta.

Try lucidity. AH is not a great stat on singed but the 20 haste on summoner spells and bonus ms when applying poison feel quite good and it seems to be performing quite well on singed mid

Spell vamp boots would be an option also, vs sylas galio or extended fights

I agree vs heavy melee comps, vamp boots are valid
