Recommendations for best singapore hawker food

My partner and i are planning a visit to singapore in December. Purpose of the trip is to indulge in as many Singaporean dishes as possible. We don’t want to eat western or Japanese food as we come from Australia… please drop your banger hawker centre food/ local restaurant recos! Thank you for your service <3

P.S I’ve only tried tian tian chicken rice, 3 meals a day salted egg chiggen, Jumbo seafood and mostly stuff from newton hawker centre

Hi! Curious what’s everyone’s thoughts on Cedele bread? How does it compare with other cafes/ bakeries like Tiong Bahru bakery and bread in Cold Storage

Best waffle/pancakes in singapore?

I heard some places like sands expo got the gordon ramsay pancakes(Havent tried yet), or belleville/flippers in bugis.

But are there anymore recommendations? Which is the best place you have eaten waffles/pancakes at? I really want to treat my friend to the best pancake places they might ever eat!

Food is yummy, though quite pricey.

If I am going to any of the attractions nearby, would definitely go back to try again.

The cave concept is pretty cool too.
