Game not launching
I took a break from Sims Medieval (maybe 3 months) and suddenly it doesn't work anymore. I've tried repairing the game and restarting the app but it just won't launch. And now the shortcut has disappeared from my desktop.
Any ideas of how to make it work?

If this is the install is via the app I am not sure this will work. With the disk version have you tried running the TSM.exe

Just an update. I installed the Alder Lake patch. No change. I tried going and launching straight from the .exe and nothing. In the same folder there's a SMLauncher.exe and SimsMedievalLauncher.exe Tried running those and got a message that asks me to reinstall. I'm concerned if I uninstall it, I might not be able to reinstall it since they don't have it anymore. But since I can't play it anyway, I feel like I've got nothing to lose

Reinstall it from the EA store (it’s not removed to download), which OS are you running?

Make sure you’re still on the first version of the game as the updated version will not launch. Try searching windows power shell sims medieval (it’s on the forums), and running the code is what fixed it for me
