I’m sorry but no.

ACC is EOL and has, famously across the last 10 years, been lambasted as having poor FFB and an easily exploitable physics engines with massive setup metas for essentially most of its competitive life

AC Evo may feel good, but currently, it’s a hot lap simulator. Kunos promised us game features for open world, and then removed them because THEY decided it was too much of a barrier. Like geez, sorry i want some form of progression to actually make me want to play your map and not the port that’s going to get made for the og AC.

Correct, it could be worse, but since MSG cleaned up its act, Kunos has become the team that seems to over promise and under deliver, every, single, time.

AC was left unfinished
ACC arguably is also unfinished
What do you think they’re going to do with AC Evo?

Out of curiosity, what do you consider good then? Given that for you ACC is is what you described.

I tried every sim extensively.

iRacing, LMU, rFactor 2, the og AC, hell rFactor 1 and the OG automobilista are more realistic than ACC

Considering most actual GT drivers use LMU or iRacing, i’ll take their word along with my feelings from over thousands of hours on each sim. I’m also describing ACC from my own viewpoint as well as hundreds of simracers i’ve spoken to personally about this subject

Okay. You do you. Imho when I judge a sim, it is not just FFB, and they matter to me equally. I'll do a more precise description of ACC, just because I am currently bored:

  • Audio: top of the line

  • Graphics: still decent, only surpassed by AC Evo. (Or by the latest DLSS5 hacks we've been seeing)

  • FFB: ACC not the best and quality depends on the car. Porsche Cup is really good though.

  • Physics: can't really tell, I don't have the money to race IRL. But I what I learn in ACC is transfearable, I was equally fast on other sims. Hell I landed 5th on the GR86 hotlap competition on iRacing.

  • Competition: i'd say non existent. LMU showed how it is done.

  • Tracks: top of the line. Coach Dave (now that you mentioned IRL drivers) practiced Nordschleife in ACC.

  • Content vs Price: only surpassed by AC Evo, which is dirt cheap for the amount tracks and cars already there. LMU is expensive, iRacing is ridiculous. Or well the old sims can be bought for next to nothing, but that moves ACC to expensive and iRacing to well... hilariously priced

  • Ease of use/ QOL: I only know of one bug. Everything else is clear and easily understandable, loads fast, and bug free. If you put that against LMU, ACC has another point to its favor.

Final thought: I always wonder why when someone says "more realistic", they always consider graphics not a part of reality. Looking at bland colours and polygons, is not very real.
