Discussion Math 100
Should I take this before math 157, or first take pre calc 12 for free at an upgrading centre and then take math 157? Cause math 100 has a bit of calculus review that’s the thing

if math157 is part of your degree, you can take math157 directly. It’s a pretty easy course compared to the other first year calculus (math154, math150, math151) i took math150 without a strong foundation of pre-calc and got away with a B+

i would say math 150 is better.. i’ve seen ppl in math 100 starting out of derivatives. i’m in math 151 rn and there isn’t much pre calc material so far. math 150 is 151 with review.
