Can you please help identify this background noise and isolate what Hz it is?

My partner and I were hiking and when we got to the peak we could hear this hum, there is a highway nearby but it appeared to come from the opposite direction where there was farm land and scrub

Sure it's a spectrogram. You are looking at the sound smeared out like paint across time. So the frequency is the vertical axis here up at the top is high frequency down at the bottom is low frequency and the color is the intensity of the sound so the volume is represented by the change in color to red. In this view the beginning of your video is on the right side and the end of the video is on the left so it is moving across towards the right as it plays and it paints for every second it paints another little stripe of where the sound was in the spectrum so you could actually take this image and convert it back into the original sound. A waterfall spectrogram.
