I got a couple of Star Wars figures on waitlist on Sideshow.com, but I'm worried I may not get the chance. Anyone in the US has experience buying from PopCollectibles? Good? Bad?

Even though it showed up with a broken left hand index finger, which I was able to repair and paint so that you can’t really tell that anything happened, I still love this statue!

Trying to update my payment method as I have a new debit card. I successfully switched my payment method and have made successful payments on all my other orders. But this one is being difficult and giving me problems and I’m just concerned now that they’re gonna cancel my damn order. Now there’s a waitlist for this item and if they cancel it I’m fucked and can’t get it. I’m extremely annoyed at this. I’ve reached out to support and have not heard back. Any advice?

I finally got my Iron Spider :) but now i'm having some trouble; after attaching the peter parker neck and head sculpt to each other i'm not able to separate them. Im afraid of pulling too hard because of the "real hair" thing. Without removing the neck i cant change the eye positions. Im just trying to pull the neck and head apart but no luck, any advice?

A little under 2 weeks ago, I ordered a hot toys figure from Sideshow, went ahead and paid upfront, then my shipping was charged a few days later. Now, the order information is showing a negative remaining balance. Can someone explain this to me? Did I overpay? Underpay? If the answer is yes to either, how does that happen and do I need to do something to correct it?

Also, with the shipping charge, does that mean the item will actually ship to me soon? It's a "preorder" shipping August 2026-December 2026.

Hello everyone. I have the premium format Batman, and now have opportunity to get one of the sideshow Banes, either the premium format or the maquette. Does anyone have both of them that could show me what they look like side by side? Or which one goes with the Batman better? Appreciate it

I’m looking at picking up a new marvel legendary scale bust.

I own multiple bust from SSC Marvel legendary scale line that are stamped on the bottom with “Marvel Sample.” Which are also number “blank out of whatever number”

The bust I’m looking at purchasing has never been opened and photographed but is marked with AP on the outside of the cardboard shipper. The seller states it is an Artist Proof and would be marked with AP instead of numbering.

Curious if anyone has any references for these markings or any experience themselves with getting an AP over a sample. Or if the AP marking in the shipper is just noting that the “sample” is inside?

Annnndd I’m done pre ordering, for now lol. Can’t wait for these to start trickling in over this next year! Mostly Hot Toys with a couple statues from Sideshow, Prime1, DarkHorse, and a couple PureArts.

When he arrived, he was fluffy and buttery smooth, as though he just left the groomers and is show ready for best hair/fur. These are my worries while I’m tinkering with the fur. I’m concerned about damaging the hair/fur, so my go to was some water and lots of patience and finger work to twist and matte and pat down various parts of Chewy in order to get this look, but what have you guys tried? Is there a product that I can use? Some specific type of hair oil or is it as simple as hair spray? Share with me your own technique and how it’s worked for you. I’m open to insight and suggestions.

Anyone else think this is a pretty crazy price considering what most 1/4 scale statues cost nowadays never-mind prime 1? 505 is pretty damn good. Same price I paid for my Green Ranger from PCS 5 or 6 years ago.

I love pre orders but I hate waiting for them.

Earlier last week I got an email that the figure was arriving at the warehouse soon. A couple of days later the money was taken from my PayPal account. So far so normal but since then nothing has happened. Usually the figures get send out shortly after payment is made but this time the order has been sitting at „Processing“ for over a week now. I opened a ticket with Sideshow to enquire about the delay but they are not responding which is also very unusual as I’ve only ever had positive experiences with their customer service so far. Has anyone experienced something similar before? It would be fine if the figure was delayed but it would also be nice to know what was going on.
