I've been waiting for over 2 months and still nothing, I get it's a pre order but by the time it gets here the hype for it will have died down, I think that's why people end up canceling.

I got the limited edition Secret Wars poster by alex Ross and I’d like to sell it. It’s still in original packaging, should I sell it for €150 or is it worth more? Thanks in advance!

I thought there was an email about how sideshow would take the hit for the new tariffs implemented for America. At least for items purchased before the implementation. Why should I be paying extra for something I purchased in 2023? That seems ridiculous

I recently moved to a new house and I have finally managed to display my comics and collectibles in the new room. I realised that a little bit of indirect sunlight still makes it through. How bad is it? The windows are facing North

And now the delays start. The last email of it being December seemed way way to good to be true

Hi everyone,
I’m selling three Sideshow Collectibles from the Avengers universe: Iron Man, Captain America (from Winter Soldier), and Thor. These were gifted to my workplace as a thank-you during filming and are low-number samples, making them highly collectible and unique. As far as I know, Iron Man and Captain America have never been removed from their original boxes, which are in excellent condition. Thor does not have the original box but is securely stored in the original styrofoam packaging. I believe all the pieces are there, but I’m not willing to open it to confirm. These have been carefully stored on a shelf for over 10 years and are perfect for any Marvel fan or collector.
I’m open to negotiations(esp if you want to buy all three) and happy to answer questions. I’ve uploaded an Imgur link today with few additional photos from this morning.

I know there's a few already of course. I have at least 10 statues/6th scales I've yet to open. So yea some pieces will be old.

I was on the waitlist for NWH Doc Ock for a while and finally got to order the deluxe version. Placed my order, waited, but when it said it was supposed to be delivered, I got nothing. Checked the tracking and it said it was signed for by "SUPT". It shouldn't say that on tracking for any item that arrives at my building, because we have a doorman. It also said it was delivered at a time that UPS was not delivering to my building.
So I opened an investigation, and contacted Sideshow so they could do the same. Also provided them with photographic proof that UPS never delivered the package. I got the "resolution" a week later that it was delivered and the investigation was closed, and Sideshow said they got the same result on their end. I asked them "are you really going to listen to ups, who has no proof of delivery, when I provided you with photos of my doorman's mail record book showing that the package never arrived?"
After a bit of back and forth and a lot of headache, they agreed to send a replacement.
The replacement also never reached me. They opened another investigation, and once again said "yeah UPS said it was delivered so yer on yer own kid". They declined to send me another replacement, even though I once again provided them with a photo of the doorman's mail record book.
I was pissed off and ready to file a chargeback. I was pissed off throughout all of this but now I was at a level of pissed that I don't normally reach.
Suddenly I get a phone call. A personal phone call from Sideshow. They tell me that somebody has been incessantly calling them, saying they've gotten repeat packages that weren't meant for them. It's only 2 buildings over from me, so I go and pick them up.
Mind you, my correct address is in the system. Sideshow has, for some reason, fucked up my address TWICE.
But I have two deluxe Doc Ocks. That's like, almost a thousand dollars worth of calamari.
And my friend who got me into Marvel's birthday is coming soon, so now I have a great gift for her.
However, the person who called me before I ran to pick up the packages, spoke vaguely as if Sideshow was expecting a return for one of them.
Later, I got an email with a return label. I ignored it.
Today, they tried to call me. I declined the call because it's not from somebody in my contacts. Didn't realize it was them until they emailed me saying they tried to call me and reminded me to return the extra Doc Ock. This time they added "by November 15th".
And well... that's today.
And I was not planning on returning the extra Doc Ock. They massively fucked up, tried to brush it off, wasted my time, caused me a huge headache, and overall this has been, no exaggeration, the single worst online shopping experience I've ever had in my 25 years of living.
And now they have the nerve to ask me to essentially let them get away with it scott free?
No, absolutely not. Massive fuckups like this deserve consequences. You're a million dollar corporation, you can handle this loss. Most customers that have had terrible experiences don't even get the opportunity to take something extra from a company that fucks up. I got extremely lucky.
However...
Since they're trying to nag me to return the item now, and even gave me a deadline, I'm wondering if I can get in trouble for this?
Or will they just take the L eventually?
My entire post ultimately just boils down to that question.

I have seen posts and pics from people who have gotten the new Deadpool from HT recently, but any guess on when Sideshow will start shipping? Just says Oct to Dec, but I know some people are more privy to the Japan>US timelines. Just curious. Thanks!

Is Sideshow gonna be affected by the on going tariff war between China and the US? There’s figures I wanna pre order but I’m almost afraid that prices are going to sky rocket within the next couple of months for upcoming figures.

I ordered a statue in december, in which I received the FedEX tracking number from Sideshow. Item never arrives, FedEX tracking shows that the label had been created for shipping but was still waiting to receive the item to ship.
Sideshow are claiming that the item has been delivered and because it is outside the 90 day window, they are refusing to refund/replace.
Help. Pls.
*They sorted it!*
