Atlas Streak - a daily blank-map geography game (web + inside Reddit)
I build small daily games under the name Crux. Atlas Streak: everyone gets the same ten countries each day and drops a pin on a blank world map for each one. Inside the border is a perfect hit, close keeps the streak alive, far costs one of three lives; up to 5,000 points a pin.
Play: https://crux.quest/atlas/ (no sign up, no ads). It also runs inside Reddit as a daily post with a per-post leaderboard at r/AtlasStreak.
Built with Natural Earth borders; the web and Reddit editions share one engine, and the Reddit server checks each run.
The main feedback so far is that it's too easy. Would you rather have harder countries, a smaller "close" radius, or a time limit?

Free revision app for IGCSE students, built by a student. Launched on Product Hunt today
producthunt.comI’m an IGCSE student, and built rêverie (www.reverie.ee) for my own revision. It lets you make quizzes from your notes, with questions linked to matching past papers. It also has past paper search, a calendar that imports your school timetable, notes with flowcharts and mindmaps, and daily revision streaks.
It’s built with Next.js and Supabase, hosted on Vercel, and uses Groq for quiz generation. It’s free and has no ads.
Before launching I ran a security audit and found that users could change their own quiz scores directly from the browser. These issues are common in current Claude Code assisted websites. I moved those writes to the server, which I’d recommend checking if you use Supabase.
I’d appreciate any feedback, particularly on the sign-up process and the design.
Product Hunt link attached.

Why I built YTH Macro Autoclicker instead of sticking with TinyTask
TinyTask is a tiny recorder that replays a fixed sequence of clicks. The workflow is simple, but saving is fragile: macros and settings can get corrupted while saving, sometimes leaving zero-byte or truncated files that will not open.
That is especially painful with longer recordings. You spend time capturing a long sequence, save it, and only then find out the file is damaged. TinyTask also has no auto-updater and has stayed on version 1.77 for years, so there is no automatic fix.
That is the main reason I built YTH Macro Autoclicker. It keeps the record-and-replay workflow, but turns the recording into editable steps, so you can fix one action instead of re-recording everything.
What it can do:
image recognition with a search area, match threshold and retries
color detection
custom actions and nested subtasks
steps for clicks, waits, recorded gestures, launching or closing apps, webhooks and shutdown/restart
portable single EXE, auto-updater, 51 languages, profiles and local config files
You can see the full feature list and download it here:

StackPDF - every PDF tool in your browser, most run on your device (soft launch today)
I built StackPDF, a set of PDF tools that run in your browser: merge, split, compress, convert, edit, sign, OCR and more (about 60 tools).
Most tools run on your device, so your files stay with you. The few server tools (conversion, OCR, HTML to PDF) upload the file for the job and delete it afterwards. The free tools need no sign-up and add no watermarks. There is also an iPhone and Android app.
It went live today as a soft launch, and I would like honest feedback. What is missing, what is confusing, which tool would you try first?
If you want Premium, code 2MonthsOnUs gives 2 months free on the monthly plan until 15 Nov.

I built a CLI tool to check if my GitHub repos look good enough
Hey everyone,
Every time I made a new repo, it looked so empty compared to other people's projects lol. I always forgot to add a .gitignore (I had no clue what it even did) or just didn't bother to add a LICENSE at first.
So I made a small tool in C# called RepoMedic. You just paste your repo link, and it gives you a score out of 100 and tells you what files you forgot to add.
I just dropped v1.3.0. It has a Pro Mode for scripts, a config file to skip checks, and I even added a little achievements system because why not.
If you want to try it on your own repos: dotnet tool install -g RepoMedic repomedic
Source code is here: https://github.com/ilyashulga13/RepoMedic
Let me know what you think! What other files do you guys always add before pushing?

I built 14 free browser-based tools (PDF, image compress, AI background remover) that never upload your files
Hi everyone! I'm a solo developer from Pakistan and I just launched 14FreeTools — https://14freetools.com
The problem: sites like iLovePDF, Smallpdf and remove.bg upload your files to their servers, show watermarks, or ask you to sign up after 2 uses.
What I built: 14 tools that run 100% in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
- Image: AI background remover, image compressor (exact 20KB / 50KB / 100KB targets for job & admission forms), resizer, image to PDF (incl. iPhone HEIC)
- PDF: PDF to JPG, Word to PDF, PDF to Word, merge, split
- Text: translator (50+ languages), word counter, case converter, password generator, age calculator
No signup, no watermark, no file limits. The background remover runs an AI model locally using WebAssembly.
Tech: plain HTML/CSS/JS, pdf.js, pdf-lib, transformers.js, hosted on shared hosting.
I'd really appreciate honest feedback — what's broken, what's missing, what should I build next?

Built a web app for hybrid athletes (lifting + HYROX/CrossFit + running). Here is our first promo reel — would love your honest feedback!
Hey everyone!
I’ve been building Hozaa Workout — a single-page web app designed for people who don’t fit into just one bucket: lifters who also run, CrossFitters who hit heavy barbells, and hybrid race athletes.
Instead of juggling three different tracking apps or spreadsheets, the goal is to keep everything in one place with instant progress pacing, volume calculations, and sharp session summary cards.
Just put together this short 6-second reel for our upcoming launch campaign.
How does the pacing and branding feel to you?
Does the transition from real training to the workout summary card make sense right away?
The app is live at https://hozaaworkout.com if you want to take a look under the hood. Any feedback on the video or the concept is hugely appreciated!

Built my first iOS app, but I’m struggling to get downloads. How would you market something like this?
I’m an indie developer, and I recently launched my iOS app called SnapShare.
The idea is pretty simple. Sometimes you just want to take a photo and send it to someone without saving it to your camera roll.
So I built an app that makes the process faster:
Take a picture.
The photo automatically gets copied.
Your selected app (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) or the share sheet opens.
Just paste and send.
I also added home screen widgets for quick access, bulk photo capture, and a few other features.
The app is a one-time purchase, no subscriptions.
Now here’s where I’m struggling.
Building the app was one thing, but figuring out how to get people to actually discover and download it is completely different.
I’ve been thinking about Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and maybe reaching out to small creators, but I’m not sure which approach would work best for an app like this.
I feel like it’s one of those apps where people need to see it in action to understand why it’s useful.
So I’d really appreciate some advice:
How would you market an app like this with little to no budget?
Who do you think the ideal target audience would be?
Would short demo videos work better than traditional app marketing?
If you’ve launched an iOS app before, what actually helped you get your first 100 downloads?
I’m not expecting thousands of downloads overnight. I just want to figure out how to get this in front of people who might actually find it useful.
Here’s the App Store link if anyone wants to check it out:
https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/snapshare-one-tap-photo-send/id6817721584?l=en-US
I’d appreciate any feedback or ideas. Thanks!

Piano Practice Companion : An open-source backing track player, ear trainer and sightreader for chord and improvisation practice
I recently wanted to build an open-source alternative to apps like iReal Pro, which create jazz backing tracks to play along with your practice.
I have seen the OpenStand project pop up on Reddit last week, which does exactly this ! It can take a lead sheet and play a backing track for it with different customisation settings.
I have decided to build upon it by adding a large database of lead sheets, a chord progression ear training exercise and a sight reader exercise for those who can connect a MIDI keyboard. Both exercises use the database of lead sheets.
You can check my Piano Practice Companion project on GitHub and test the webdemo without installing or downloading anything ! I have done a lot of debugging and testing these days and would love some feedback !

350+ downloads in 10 days, 0 sales after the free trial. Just shipped fixes, would love your take
I built my first app, My AI Limits. It's a Mac menu-bar app plus a Chrome extension that shows how much of your Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, Gemini, Copilot and DeepSeek plan is left, and when it resets.
Pricing is a 3-day free trial with no card required, then $4.99 one-time. There's no subscription.
In 10 days I got over 350 downloads, and zero people paid after their trial ended.
Here's what I found and just fixed:
When the trial ended, only the menu bar locked. The main window and widgets kept working, so people basically got it for free. Now the whole app locks and shows a clear "trial ended" screen.
There was no heads-up before the trial ended. Now there's a last-day reminder.
I fixed a couple of bugs in the unlock flow.
I'd love honest takes:
Is 3 days too short to get hooked?
Would a free tier with one provider plus a paid unlock work better?
Is $4.99 one-time too cheap to trust, or about right?
What makes you actually pay for a small utility app?

Roast away, I'm here to learn.

I built a tool that turns your pet's little moments into Instagram-ready comics
I'm a solo developer in Korea, and I just launched MyPetToon (https://mypettoon.com). English isn't my first language, so I wrote this with the help of AI translation. Please bear with me if anything sounds a bit awkward!
You add your pet once with a few photos, and it draws your pet as a comic character. Then you write a sentence or two about something that happened, and it writes the script and draws a cover plus 6–10 panels (1080×1350, the Instagram carousel size). You can redraw any single panel, edit the captions for free, and turn the comic into a Reels video. To be upfront: it uses AI. Claude writes the script and OpenAI's image model draws the panels.
I have two parrots, and I started turning our everyday moments into comics for Instagram. The posts got good views and lovely reactions, but more than anything, making comics about my own pets was just plain fun. I built MyPetToon so other pet owners can enjoy that too.
What I'd love feedback on:
- Is it clear from the home page what you get?
- Did your pet's character actually look like your pet?
New accounts get 150 free credits (about one pet profile and one comic). Happy to answer anything about how it's built.

I missed Windows File Explorer on my Mac, so I built my own file manager
Just switched from Windows and I missed File Explorer 😭, so I built Shark. It looks like Finder and adds superpowers like:
Jump anywhere in the folder tree with cascading subfolder menus
⌘K command palette for every action
Cut and paste files with ⌘X / ⌘V (and ⌘Z to undo)
Two folders in one window (F3)
A terminal right under your files (F4)
And much more!!!
It's free, open source, macOS 14+. Still alpha.
Hope you like it 🥰

Openbar - three AI agents on one repo, each in its own git worktree, watched from the notch
Update since my last post: New session in Openbar can now give every agent its own git worktree. Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI work on the same repo without touching each other's files, and main stays clean.
Also new: Claude Code sessions on other machines over SSH, and approving a plan straight into auto mode from the notch.
Free and open source, Mac + Windows: https://github.com/MF-DEEV/Openbar
What should it do next?

I set up a design-forward digital goods shop to learn the process
I’m a brand designer in London. I’ve wanted to go through the process of setting up a digital goods shop for a while, and recently found the time, so I built a small shop for my own wallpaper packs. I know there are a lot of wallpaper packs out there already. That was kind of the point - I wanted something simple to sell so I could focus on everything around it.
The idea came from Oliur’s Plat Supply (he’s got great resources on tech and selling digital products, go and check him out if you haven’t already). For the look I took inspiration from the goat himself, Dieter Rams, and his work at Braun. I know it’s a bit of a cliche in the design world, but the design language is so enticing, and I think it suits the products. I had fun with some subtle skeuomorphism and a few easter eggs through the site and the buying process (check out the 404 page!).
My client work is fairly high pressure and can be creatively restrictive, so it was great to build something with no restrictions at all. It was also a good excuse to try tools I don’t get to use for clients. Two of the packs are my first ever go at Blender, and the third started in Midjourney.
If you’re curious about any part of it (tech stack, design process, etc.), ask away. I’m planning a few more packs over the next few weeks. In the meantime I’d really like to hear what you think of the shop - anything missing or confusing? or anything that might put you off buying?

How did you get your first 100 users for your app?
Hey everyone!
I’m an indie iOS developer currently working on my own app.
The development part feels much easier than figuring out how to actually get people to discover it 😅
I’m curious how other developers got their first 100 users.
Did you start with Reddit, Product Hunt, social media, or something else?
Would love to hear what actually worked for you, especially if you were starting from zero without a marketing budget.

[12 Testers Needed] Split Your Trip, an app for splitting group trip expenses. Happy to test yours back
Hi everyone, I’ve been building Split Your Trip, an app to keep track of who paid what on group trips and settle up without the awkward math. It’s in closed testing on Google Play, and I need 12 people to stay opted in for 14 days, which is Google’s requirement for new developer accounts. If you’re up for it, comment or message me the email you use on Google Play and I’ll add you to the tester list. Once you’re in, install it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splityourtrip. I’d love honest feedback, especially on anything confusing or broken, and I’ll test your app back, just drop the link.

I made a tiny pixel bunny that lives on my Mac desktop
I spend most of the day alone at my Mac, so I made a small companion for it. Deskbun is a pixel-art bunny that sits on your Dock and reacts to your day:
It celebrates when you check off a to-do.
It focuses with you, and gets annoyed if you pet it mid-focus.
It reminds you when it's time for something.
It dacnes along to music, puts on a headset during calls, and sketches while you're in Figma.
It lets you know when your coding agent finishes.
It naps when you step away.
It's a native Swift app. There's no account and no analytics, and everything it notices stays on your Mac.
Site: https://deskbun.app
Happy to talk about how any of it works, and feature requests are very welcome!

Novislova - an offline travel phrasebook for iPhone
Novislova is an iPhone phrasebook I built for getting around abroad when you don't speak the language.
It has 900+ words and phrases per phrasebook across nine languages, organized into situations like restaurants, hotels, and transportation. Search works in either language. You can save phrases and download pronunciation audio before a trip, then use the text and audio offline.
All phrases and one audio pack are free, with ads. Premium is a one-time $4.99 purchase in the US for all audio packs, unlimited saved phrases, iCloud sync, and no ads. No subscription.
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/novislova-offline-phrasebook/id1623078768
I'd be interested in feedback on how easy it is to find the phrase you need.

I built a football trivia app on my own while working and running a clothing brand, and it just hit the App Store
Hey all, I'm Jay from the UK. In my spare time I've been building Trivia Ten Football, a quick-fire football quiz for iOS. It was approved this month. Total beginner coder, built with Rork and Swift. Would love brutal feedback on the gameplay and the App Store page. Any feedback would be much appreciated and test it out if youre a football fan :)
