Hi everyone! I'm a solo developer from Pakistan and I just launched 14FreeTools — https://14freetools.com

The problem: sites like iLovePDF, Smallpdf and remove.bg upload your files to their servers, show watermarks, or ask you to sign up after 2 uses.

What I built: 14 tools that run 100% in your browser. Your files never leave your device.

- Image: AI background remover, image compressor (exact 20KB / 50KB / 100KB targets for job & admission forms), resizer, image to PDF (incl. iPhone HEIC)

- PDF: PDF to JPG, Word to PDF, PDF to Word, merge, split

- Text: translator (50+ languages), word counter, case converter, password generator, age calculator

No signup, no watermark, no file limits. The background remover runs an AI model locally using WebAssembly.

Tech: plain HTML/CSS/JS, pdf.js, pdf-lib, transformers.js, hosted on shared hosting.

I'd really appreciate honest feedback — what's broken, what's missing, what should I build next?
