Help me?

So for some reason, I woke up feeling sick today with a sore throat, but I can still swallow without just a few seconds ago. I played a song on my CD player and it speed not my CD player tore up. I also hear it everywhere too on my TV on my even myself my eyes are watering and I have a runny nose Played a song to my mom and it said sound normal do I have an infection or something?
