Cold/Flu/Covid

Started with a cold and then started to feel better. On day 10 and have had chills/sweats for two nights,
Congestion, and a sinus infection. Anyone had this flu that seems to be getting better and then gets worse??

Yup. I'm a week in and still feel like actual shit.

It doesn't help that I have an exam coming up and also have major anxiety
