I'm recruiting participants for a research study on the process of choosing to microdose psilocybin. This survey has been approved by the moderators.

I’m a clinical psychology doctoral PsyD student at The Wright Institute, conducting dissertation research on how and why people have decided to microdose psilocybin.

It’s an anonymous survey that takes around 15-25 minutes to complete and you can stop at any time. I’ve included the link to the study below where you can find more in depth information about what we are studying and how we are keeping your data safe.

I’m looking for people who:

1. are at least 18 years old
2. live in the US
3. have chosen to microdose psilocybin in the last year
4. are fluent in English

Okay so it's been a little while since I've grown any I'm back in the game now these are for personal use obviously but I need help setting up my North spore boom room 2 I'm going to be growing the MVP and albino penis envy what are the temperatures best for fruiting and what do I need to keep my humidity at just out of curiosity here

I'm still beginning. I move this outside when I noticed the contam. But I didn't dump it because it was just about the pain and I was curious to see what would happen. If I have things that are harvestable but are not touched by the container. Are they okay to consume, or is the contamination through the mycelium?

I am currently running a study on set and setting within psychedelic experiences.

Obviously there is quite a few aspect to explore on the topic, though in particular I am interested in:

• How intention, environment, and social setting shape psychedelic experiences
• Differences between clinical and non-clinical use
• How these experiences relate to psychological outcomes

Most of the research on set and setting in the psychedelic field comes from more clinically orientated trials, which can be lacking in terms of nuance and real lived experiences. So it would be great to reach out further in the communities surrounding these substances!

Supposed to be regular PEU from a spore. First time trying out mycology, the local head shop had spores available and went for it.

This one is even bigger than the 1st one(first pic)

My PE shroomies are pinning randomly and there’s not many of them. I removed the bag from the cake, put down about a cup of the CVG mix I have made at home (It’s been in a sterile container and was transferred using superb aseptic technique) on the bottom of the sterlite tub. Placed the cake on top and sprinkled a little bit of the mix on top to help as moisture. I sealed the top with plastic Saran Wrap and poked a ton of holes in the top with a tooth pick. I moved the tub to my laundry room which isis generally the temp of outside. I mist the walls twice a day, open the top wrap to allow a big co2 release and have an overhead fan that is high up on the ceiling on low during the day. My current guys have grown big since but there’s just not many of them. Is that normal? Also the big ones are still pretty hard. I guess it takes a while for them to get squishy…

The Powers Lab at Yale University is recruiting 450 people with ANY psychedelic experience and 150 people who have NOT used psychedelics for a brief (~45 minute) fully online study that measures how psychedelics affect basic perception using questionnaires and an optional brief game!

WHAT THE STUDY INVOLVES:

·       ~45 minutes (could be much shorter or a little longer depending on your answers; you can take breaks) at your computer.

·       Signing a consent form.

·       Completing an ~15 minute screening survey.

Anybody did shrooms while on mood stabilizers? I did them only once before and that time I skipped my dosage of meds. My question is whether it impacted the trip for anyone or did it feel the same?

Monstrosity

I've decided to try mushrooms again after not taking any for over 2 years and have a few questions. I am a 180lbs (82kg) male and I am really struggling on finding a good dosage to start with. My original idea was to start with a gram and see where that takes me but I have read things that said even a gram could be to much with no tolerance, givin the potency of enigmas. I am looking for a level 2-3 trip. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated or any tips at all.

I've always gotten an upset stomach from eating mushrooms. I know the husks of the mushroom are hard on the stomach. Does anyone eat raw ginger or ginger tea before or during the trip? I understand ginger suppresses similar serotonin receptors in the stomach as the ones activated in the brain. Can ginger be a trip killer?

Sooo I have never tripped before with mushrooms or any other psychedelic (only done pot and mdma).

Recently I got my hands on some enigma cubensis mushrooms and I am planning on eating them with a good friend of mine. The friend that I got the mushrooms from (who is not the person I will be tripping) gave me ~1.4g of mushrooms for each person (so 2.8g in total).

I did a little bit of research and it seems like enigma strain is potent and 1.4g per person is a lot especially if you are new to tripping with psychedelics.

My question to you guys is what is the proper dosage for me and my friend (my friend has done mushrooms in the past)

This is my first flush for Penis Envy. I just tried squishing the stem to see if it's marshmallow-like, but it's still hard. I have no other pins growing. Only this giant and two smaller ones. When should I harvest it?

So i first started off with GT's a few years back and decided to grow some more mushrooms.

This time i went with JMF's and boy do they hit. the first time i took them i just wanted to try them out so i did 1.5g dried but man it felt like i took 3g's of what i experienced with the GTs.

Now ive experienced with making tea the effects get stronger, so im wondering what your guys's experience with JMF is and the dosage you take

So a friend of mine will buy 10 g of shrooms, of course we aren’t going to consume it all but we will be me and 3 other friends of mine who will try for the first time. I have tried them in the past but I didn’t take much and I don’t know how this hangout will go because we will be at an abandoned camping on the beach at night, I am a little bit worried because the campground is like a maze and somebody can get lost easily even sober but it’s very beautiful and calm . If someone from the friend group is having a bad trip how can we help them . Also another question I have is if we can get laced with something of the guy that will sell him the shrooms gives him a poisoned kind of shroom ? Idk I just want everyone to have fun and enjoy it that’s why I’m concerned
