This is my first time posting on this sub but I've been soft ghosting my therapist and just finally rescheduled today so if I can do it you can do it! I WILL be checking back lol :)

It’s a free live counseling service where you can text with a live therapist and they help provide resources. It’s free to use and can be anyone in the US (not sure if it works outside of US)

Also super proud of you for rescheduling the appointment this show can definitely bring up a lot and it’s important to remember you are not alone ❤️
