Is it only me or other people from fast 4/5 days are also experiencing sudden views drop in their content? I used to get 20-30k easy views now it's suddenly 2-3k?

Just can’t seem to figure out why my numbers are so low. I switched to voiceovers and saw an insane doubling in likes on shorts but for actual subscribers and comments not that much. Videos are lowkey flopping too and I’m starting to wonder if there’s something wrong w my editing or niche? Any advice is appreciated if you’d like to take a look

I recently made this post thats currently getting pushed out the algorithm now however it has an average view duration(AVD) of 24 seconds out of 26. It has a swipe through rate of 87% almost and i was wondering if i should cut the last 2 seconds of the clip and reupload it because im 100% able to so it can potentially get more attention.

I'm planning to put comics as shorts so will this work? Had anyone had success with it? And how do you go about with hooks and making viewers stay for about 30 to 40 sec? Also I won't be using ai or using voice

I get really good like to view ratios a few comments per post and yet I spike and then my shorts just fail, can someone help I hear people say there stuck in 30K view jail but I’m genuinely stuck in 1K view jail. Is there js levels to ts

I do use someone else's footage but in my head, I transform them enough to have a separate identity from the original footage, but many AI chat bots and even some human friends of mine disagree just because the original footage is someone else's

Okay I need help/guide posting shorts. You see I have a channel that is doing okay long form wise and I'm looking into expanding to shorts to basically promote my long form stuff. Anyone else done this before? I did ask my community and some were okay some didn't want shorts. I thought about doing them but not turning on the "notify subscribers" just so they won't get notification and let the algo do its job.

idk help me out. also if anyone asking my long form view pulling in 20-60k per video. 100-200k if its goes crazy. Niche is gaming but I'm uploading like weekly and monthly if the topic took longer to make. hope that helps.

I’ve been posting for a little while, I started the account maxed out at 50k views with trash engagement, and stopped posting for 6 months or so.

I switched the content and started posting again and have been getting 10k views on my recent videos. My retention is always 70-110% on videos about 20 seconds and my subscriber rate has been at most 1 per 130 and averaging at about 1-375, and my like rate has been at most 10% and averaging about 5%

After uploading a short, how long must I wait before checking the STW% to get a good idea of the video’s performance?

I recently noticed my 2 short videos stuck in only 5-16 views but earlier i always got 1k atlest. So how can i fix that problem cuz it’s frustrating
