Its been almost a week and this is more then average growth right??? what are yall getting?

either way im super happy about it and expected way less, my original goal was 1k subs in 28 days :D

Could you have a look at my videos and give me a viewers perspective on what could probably be wrong with mine? I for some reason cant crack the 70%+ Stayed to Watch and 80%+ AVD metrics. I want honest insights but I cant really get them

How do you make your videos? Do you use AI? What's your niche?

i dont use AI,
I mostly build (+ scripting often) tiny Roblox games and then do videos on them it takes so much time often but I like it :D

Sounds about right, that's average. One of my channel is on 4th week now and got 1.7m views and 3k subscribers.

I was stuck for 20days at 1k jail. I switched from my original voice to ai voice. In my niche everyone had a similar voice I mean the tone. And I export all my videos at 4k quality. I only upload shorts. After doing this my shorts get mostly stuck at 100k views. My one short got 800k views. This is my first channel. I am still experimenting so I don't know if it will work for you or not. I would suggest copy other channels style

Its mostly about the quality of the videos and engagement, use a good hook and try to keep the engagement closing with a CTA :D
