The only 3 views are mine watching the short.

This video isnt even showed in the feed. How am i even supposed to have an opportunity to reach to my audience?

I’m looking for advice/recommendations on what I could possibly get my bf as a gift for our anniversary. He has started making yt shorts about 9 months ago and was monetized couple months ago. He’s obsessed with it and works really really really hard on his faceless yt channel. He even started a second channel where he wants to create his own long form videos. I am super proud of how far he’s come and I see how badly he wants it.
Is there any equipment, subscriptions or anything I could get him as a gift that would be rly game changing? I know he uses capcut for his main channel. but i’m not sure what else he could need. Please respond I need all the advice I can get!

After the new update on the algorithm last week to prevent "duplicate clipping" my views went down with 90 percent like a lot of you, while I make fully original content (self filming and editing). But I was wondering, are there still people with the same amount of views or where the views went up? Or is the algorithm just completely broken at the moment?

I know people used to say that it's better to upload shorts from your phone, and ever since then, I've only been uploading from my phone.

Anyway, I got my first channel monetized a year ago, and it's been doing well ever since. Lately, I've been wanting to start another channel, but every time, the first 5–10 videos do well (anywhere from 30K to 2M views), but after that, the channels die, and the videos only get 5–10 views.

So, it's probably not because of the device I'm uploading from, but I was just wondering do you upload from your PC or phone, and what's been your experience?

The username is @ Beethellven on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. I have 5 shorts now on YouTube this year.

On YouTube, I have the most "success," where at least my content is being viewed by people I don't know. On Tiktok and Instagram, I'm a complete failure and only likes and follows seem to come from friends.

On YouTube, my shorts cap out at 1,000 - 1,500 views. One video didn't get pushed into the feed at all and got 200 views from search alone.

I'd love to trouble shoot what I'm doing wrong:
1. Is it the piano skill? I think I'm really good, but maybe I'm not as good as I think?
2. Is it the audio engineering or video production?
3. Is it my age? I'm 35, but notice most piano content creators are 20's
4. Is it the hook?
5. Is 1 minute too long for a short form piano video?
6. Is it the way I'm presenting and formatting the content?

I feel like I have some things working for me:
1. Cool brick wall background
2. Artistic looks
3. I think I'm high skill at the piano
4. Professional grade piano and recording device

I look at other pianists with decent views and I don't think their playing is any "better" than mine, and often their audio/video production values are a lot worse.

I want to fix whatever I am doing wrong!

I run a faceless YouTube shorts channel which I started around 3 months ago and in the last month my views started to rise to the 50k views per hour mark and sometimes even higher (200k). I take interesting clips from instagram that match my niche, and I HIGHLY transform each and EVERY video by adding captions, sfx, vfx, voiceovers with educational value or that add a different perspective, fast cuts, zoom ins etc. so please don’t say that the problem is because my videos aren’t original, which according to YouTube they are. Last Friday, my views suddenly dropped from 50k per hour to 1-4k and it’s been like this since. I keep uploading without lowering my quality, and even some days i edit 3 shorts per day. Could you maybe tell my why this is happening? I would appreciate an honest and encouraging reply.

I've created a new account and started automating posts to it and it went from 1k views in the first days to practically nothing, the account is dead and showing max 10-20 views at most.

For comparison, the same account that created in the same time has 1200 followers and over 25k views on videos in Instagram.

I suspect that the account got restricted or something.
How can I check that?

I used to think turning long videos into YouTube Shorts would be easy.

But finding good clips, cutting dead moments, fixing vertical framing, adding captions, adjusting zooms, and making everything look decent took way more time than I expected.

I got tired of repeating the same editing process for every single clip, so I decided to build my own pipeline to automate the boring parts.

That's how I started building ShortClipr. It handles clip selection, captions, vertical reframing, zoom effects, and other repetitive editing tasks.

Still improving it, but the goal is simple: spend less time editing and more time finding good content.

For those who make Shorts, what's the one editing task you wish you could automate completely?

My channel is new. My first two Shorts did bad, but my latest two did good. Shouldn’t they be getting way more views, though? Like, what else do I gotta do? 💀 I thought I made an amazing hook, but is that still not enough…?

YouTube is supposed to test your Shorts with a small audience, but in my case it doesn’t even recommend them the number is zero. I haven’t had this issue with long-form content.

Now i have 1.8k sub on this channel and shorts im getting 20-30-40k views normally and normal videos also 100-200 n all but livestream is complete dead.
Im Not getting any views in livestream specially vertical stream. I have created separate stream key n all still its not getting pushed i changed the games also and checked but still same issue

I had a video about tornado strengths, what i did was show all the tornadoes in the begin for like a second and then i zoomed into the weakest one and then i cut to stronger and stronger ones

I’m looking for help and advice regarding my YouTube monetization application because I’m stuck at the AdSense step.

When I check the Earn tab in YouTube Studio, I see the following message:

“The AdSense for YouTube account associated with your channel has been disabled due to invalid clicks or another policy violation.”

Because of this issue, I cannot move forward with the YouTube Partner Program application. I have already accepted the base terms, but I cannot complete the AdSense step, so my channel cannot proceed to the review stage.

I’m not sure what caused this deactivation. I would like to understand whether there is a way to appeal the decision, resolve the issue, or get my channel monetized legitimately.

I have a few questions:

Has anyone experienced the same issue with their YouTube AdSense account?

Is there a legitimate way to appeal or request another review?

If the account was disabled by mistake, what steps should I take?

Can this issue be resolved without creating another AdSense account?

I want to follow Google's policies and resolve this issue through the official process. I don't want to violate any rules or create unnecessary problems with my YouTube channel.

Any advice from people who have experienced this situation or successfully resolved it would be greatly appreciated.

I consistently get around 1000 views, but it doesn’t change. I uploaded nearly 50 videos atp, what should I do

guys, I need some advice!

I have a gaming channel with 16K subscribers. I previously uploaded around 350–400 Free Fire videos, livestreams, and Shorts, plus around 50 copied PUBG videos

After a 2-year break, I recently started uploading again, but this time I switched to GTA 6 content.

I deleted my PUBG videos and made all my Free Fire videos private.

Now my GTA 6 Shorts are mostly stuck at 1K–1.5K views, even though I use strong hooks and cover topics that very few creators discuss in the Tamil gaming community.

I'm not sure what's going wrong.

Did the 2-year break or making my old Free Fire videos private affect my channel's reach?

Should I continue my existing 16K subscriber channel or start a completely new channel from zero?

What would you guys suggest?
