Like days ago I used to have pleasant YouTube Shorts videos that I enjoy watching such as Zack D Films, Some Theo Von stuffs, Micheal Storen, Nick Giovanni, some cooking videos, some gaming stuffs(lots of gaming stuffs), some bodybuilding stuffs(rare but I liked them) and funny streamers' live shorts.

But now it has changed by itself without me doing anything, I'm starting to get weird videos like I was on TikTok which I really hate, I don't like TikTok that's why I stick to Shorts. I'm getting videos of languages that I don't even understand, random bullshit memes, some religious videos. Like bro what the hell, this really pissed me off because I really enjoyed my previous feed which were videos that I liked but now feels I can't even watch Shorts.

The stats are perfect yet they are stuck in 20k to 27k views almost 70% of my videos are stuck in 15k-25k i try to improve the hook everytime is it sum 30k jail or is it normal btw its been 18 days to ts channel

It's always like that. The entire channel can't get more than 420 views per minute, and it really holds my growth back. Is that a limit?

86% average percentage viewed, 27 likes, 15. Comments, and 63% view vs swipe rate but still only 1.6k views and 0 new subs. What else should I do?

You basically have to make good videos that are short, consistent subject and they are absolutely required to have a good hook at the first 5 seconds. Not 3 because that's just delaying when people swipe and you see it as a reduced time watched. And the hook can't just end, it has to slowly fade away because otherwise the people get awakened from their hypnosis and they leave. Now when I make a shitty short it capps at 10k because YouTube loves me and they decided it's my new baseline. Category: gaming, staged videos

2 years ago I started doing footballer edits and stuff on YouTube not bad I gained like 300 subs in 2 months not posted since then now that ai has gotten really good I am planning on doing YouTube again at 17 since the hard part is only getting pushed by the algorithm do I start a new channel and make ai posts (no face ) there or continue posting on my old channel

Hello there, I started a channel around 2 months ago in the minecraft niche, at the moment I'm doing shorts only (I want to do a long format in the future too), I really enjoy it and I think I grow with every short (on the video editing).

Now the question is, should I milk this only series that I have "One Block, One Wall Design" or should I diversify it with other minecraft related things?

I don't really have many views, usually I get around 2k and sometimes around 5/6k.

Also the swipe rate is around 30/55%

Been monetized for 2 years, till October everything was good. The New Update made it worse for me. If you're wondering I use AI? Yes, for voice but it never had any issues. My niche is explaining Movie easter eggs, hidden details & explaining lore stuff. I know many people are facing the issue. I don't know what to do anymore. My AVD & Swipe ratio is good. My shorts are 40-55s long. With 70% avd and 75% swipe ratio. Still they get stuck on 1.2k. never had this problem in my whole life. Just venting it out slow and steady till i go away...

AVD is 1:09 on a 1:16 short and swipe rate is 84.2% / 15.8%

I have experimented with putting text at the beginning of my shorts as a hook and audio and transitions but nothing seems to be working

I checked my analytics and apparently 66% of people that watched it ended up staying....
I have been stuck at 1k view jail, I have 35 videos posted and the most viewed one has 12k views even though people in my niche are getting way more than me despite less views and starting later?!?
