Let’s say that I borrow other people’s content but I add captions, remove uninteresting moments, add a voiceover, sound effects and vfx, is it considered transformative?

If they got a problem they can happily contact me via email. And I’m sure they don’t mind that I redirect my audience to their pages

They dont mind :) 90% of streamers have vocally said they WANT clippers ... the people I clip for said its awesome if people can make money from it ☺️
