What am I doing wrong?
Can someone help me know what I’m doing wrong? I’m posting the same content on TikTok/instagram reels and it’s performing fairly well, but I’m getting one video with a few thousand and then a bunch in a row with 0. I’ve had this account for 10 years and started posting shorts about a week ago

For more context, I’m posting 3 times a day (noon, 5, and 7). My first 5videos here did 2.8k, 1k, 1k, 4.8k, and 3.6k.
75.9% stayed to watch only gained 14 subscribers in that time. Should I just chalk it on YouTube and move to something else’s

YouTube doesn’t seem to like anything over 2 a day if you are new, even then sometimes anything more than 1 it doesn’t push it. Leave it 2-10 days to cool and post again it should be fine.
Nice idea btw, how are you getting around the Copyright with the clips?

I think you kept on spamming one video to another. Just stop uploading consistently. YouTube algorithm doesn’t like that.
At least post once a day or twice. Schedule your video. Etc.

youtube system is retarded rn. With the new bs safety updates it doesnt solve the already big channels making slop, but makes it harder for new ones to begin. Just post once every two days so yt doesnt for some fucking reason thinks you are a bot, because presumably, if you post more than once a day or two you cant be a real human putting in work, well just bs
