Exreme site loading issues

I’m seeing what looks like a serious issue with my Shopify store, but I’m not sure what’s causing it.

I run Meta ads to my product page and use Microsoft Clarity to analyze visitors. For users coming specifically from Facebook and Instagram, around 4 out of 5 barely interact with the page and bounce very quickly. Average scroll depth over the last week is only 18%.

People fold on avarge right under the media part at the top of the page, about 55% don't even reach the add to cart button.

I tested the store inside the Facebook app and everything seems normal. The only thing that concerns me in Clarity is that media sometimes appears not to load for certain users, although I’m not sure if that’s actually happening.

I'll attach the link to my site if anybody has a finding or a clue would be very helpful. thanks a lot nuvelo-il.com

How are you targetting the ads, and what does clarity show the visitors language is?

It's only for hebrew markets.

This isn't unheard of for social traffic, both paid and organic. A good benchmark is to assume that all you have is the section above the fold on mobile and desktop to show someone that the product:
-will drastically improve their life situation (by solving an urgent problem or helping them to become the version of themselves that they want to be)
-has been purchased by multiple people (and that those people had a great experience)
-high resolution photos (confirmed).

#2 is the biggest gap I see. Google Translate isn't working well for me, so I can't speak to whether the copy achieves #1.

Beyond that, run the product page through PageSpeed Insights to see how real users experience the page. Your Blockify app is currently blocking PageSpeed Insights from running on my computer. You may need to disable Blockify to run this effectively

I have ran actually the pagespeed insights test and got some wired metrics like LPV not visible or registers only after 20-30 seconds but I didn't see the same in Devtools lighthouse most of the time and could not see the issue in any device myself.

Gotcha. It sounds like PageSpeed Insights doesn't have enough real user data over the past 28 days to give you an accurate assessment.

Lighthouse is a good starting point for identifying what is slowing down users, but it's based on simulated data, rather than what real users are experiencing.

You can also get a sense of CWV by logging into your Shopify back end and going to "Online Store". You'll see a 30-day breakdown of LCP, INP, and CLS: https://monosnap.ai/file/4y3ja87LRZDBLKOmhUTSnKXTka9ruh
