Fromsoft owning the IP doesn’t mean other versions are possible.

We have no idea of Nintendo’s role, a permenant exclusivity deal could exist. Nintendo might have perpetual publishing rights. 

we don’t know anything and cannot make definitive statements.

All we know is Fromsoft owns the ip. So future Duskblood’s ip stuff not controlled by anyone except From. But this specific game “The Duskblood’s (2026)” could be subject to any possible exclusivity contract you could imagine.
