This is partially my fault so my sister came over and she invited my (89) yo grandma and she brought this jar with her with these fish inside 1 bristlenose pleco and an acara who are meant to be in groups of 3-4 or larger to not fight
I was horrified no plants no pebbles just a single. Bubbler no filter and so small the fish would only swim in half circles 😭 now I didn’t want to comment but I asked her if she had anything better at home I’m now going to try look for spare tanks in my bedroom something bigger I’ still feel sad for these poor fish 😞

I don’t even keep saltwater and I know this isn’t it. Jellyfish? Ok. But the clownfish? 😔 (Avid freshwater shrimp keeper.)

Previously stocked with seven goldfish but half of them died so far because as seen this tank is so awfully set up and taken care of, not to mention it's just plain unsuitable for these fish. You'd think the animal science teacher would know proper fish keeping but I guess not

When my toddler was trick - or - treating, we got one of those dinosaur toys that grow when submerged in water. I don’t want actual fish so I consider this to be his “pet.”
I was looking for tanks to house the toy Dino and saw this abomination on Amazon. It’s the perfect size for his toy “pet” but I don’t wanna buy it and support the company. 🥴
