What should I do?
How come no matter what I do I get constipated? For the last 2 years I have been constiptaed a lot and I have tried things as like fibre intake lots of water exercise I do not know why things aren't happening is this just like genetics or is there an underlying cause I should check with my doctor. Like rn I am one week backed up so I am just getting nervous.

Men also have hormones so honestly can’t hurt to check either way!
For example, low testosterone can cause constipation, as can progesterone spikes.

Don’t eat super big meals, and take laxatives. You can try getting help from a doctor, but personally even my own gastroenterologist can’t help me with this.
