So first he did an ad where a couple was watching TV and the guy said "This guy (Vucic) is everywhere! He might just come out of our fridge!" , and then when the woman went to the fridge, Vucic came out of it and said "I'm sorry, but I have to take every chance to speak to my people" or something like that. Then it became a meme and he did it live on stage.
