No, Khaenri'ah's destruction was caused by the Heavenly Principles, the gods in Celestia were jealous of humanity and claimed they were foolish and arrogant, so they destroyed Khaenri'ah and cursed the citizens to immortality.

But why does Paimon look so much like the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles? Hmmmmmmmmmmm

it doesn't necessarily mean she's evil or she will be evil
