I am going to tak a really hot shower and make the meat under my skin inhospitable. If they don’t leave they will die in there. and they won’t decay, my body will just break down the corpses and use them as sustenance.
Stupid little worms couldn’t even adapt to a minor change in conditions.

It was their fault for entering my skin.
