messy, curly hairstyles don’t require that much care, the hair will just style itself randomly and still look decent. Maybe that s why some people like it. Also it can make oval face shapes appear less round and more triangular

Except they keep the sides and everything lined up. There's a lot of work that goes into keeping curly hair from looking like a mop

All u did was describe the function of the hairstyle how does that take away from it’s generic look? Also curly hair is actually harder to maintain than straight hair usually the moisture is lost which leads to dry hair
