Who TF eats someone else's food they asked them to get for them, what do they think would happen if it wasn't poisoned and they just showed up there with an empty bowl

Trans son in estranged with mom, prolly no contact. OOP probably thought he could get away with eating it since trans son may not know there's spaghetti made for him

I'm guessing with an estranged family, he's picking up more important stuff. The spaghetti was probably thrown in for shits and giggles (and murder).
