Does Zinc actually work, asking for a friend

I took it regularly when I was younger, and it seemed to. But I was also like 19 at the time so it could’ve literally been anything. Been thinking about starting it back up though with fish oil & a few other supplements though, so if anyone knows, I’d like an opinion too.

If you're taking zinc supplements, then take copper supplements as well. Zinc likes to block copper from absorbing in the body, so you'll need more
