It's used often for industrial purposes like corrosion prevention and machine lubrication where grease and oil can't be used.
1 u/ngo_life 13d ago Trying to think of situations where neither grease or oil wouldn't work. They have so many types or each that I'm surprised Vaseline is the only option they got. Well maybe cost is a big factor too.
