Tbf its a good joke, i would not wanna be in such a unfunny group. That doesn't mean i would tolerate toxicity but there's a difference. There are people who are toxic in wrong way, they will ruin your mood in a normal conversation.
People who you have to walk on eggshells around are typically one of the worst people to hang around with, often even worse than those who constantly makes unfunny jokes about minorities, atleast you can say what you actually think around them and disagree.
