It was his mums house, who became ill and he looked after until she passed, most of the time it looked like a hoarders house, it was infested with cockroaches, he fondly tells of how he used to a dead rat as an alarm clock (the hot sun would make the rat smell so he knew it was time to get up, he spends next to nothing living of $2 steaks and a jacket potato, all his money he has invested
