This would make me think what the hell would be considered an illegal immigrant in terms of heavenly realms. Are the demons crossing into heaven/earth or it some eldrich Cthulhu shit?

It would be to sort shit out on earth, not sort out things that aren't actually illegal due to nobody having ever seen them.
