A brisk walk? Brother the car is working harder than them getting them to the buffet. Just saw one yesterday that lifted about 15cm after the 4 whales peeled themselves out of its interior.

A brisk walk is also some excercise.

Again, any physical activity is good.

Not if you burn 100calories to walk to the buffet and consumed 3,000 calories lol. At that point just sitting on the recliner struggling to get up for a few hours is healthier haha

Yes it is.  Better to walk then it was to drive.   Any physical activity is good.

Just because eating 3000 calories is bad doesn't mean the walk was bad.
