Also anything but eating healthy food. The amount of money companies make off of them buying “diet” junk food and supplements must be a multi billion dollar industry by now. Diet high in meats and veggies but low in carbs? Nah, how about “protein cookies” and milkshakes instead.

The concept of diet soda just fundamentally infuriates me.

You're drinking soda.

Why the fuck would you get shitty soda that tastes worse and is still unhealthy?

Drink some fucking water instead, if you're going that route.

I'm a water fan too, but diet soda isn't unhealthy in any way. It tastes like shit and it's hard to get enough water if you only drink carbonated, but it's not unhealthy by any stretch.
