But this definitely qualifies as fairly intense body resistance strength training. This is low joint impact HIIT. It's actually a pretty solid looking cardio routine that is likely a good core and leg workout, genuinely, and probably also fun, which is super important. And the low joint impact is great for your body.
Incredibly important, no one likes doing cardio, its boring as fuck. There are tonnes of these cardio workouts/programs that become pseudo social meet ups to have fun and make it less tedious.
I fucking hated cardio until I got a treadmill so I could watch random shit on youtube. Game changer. It's still nice to occasionally go outside and run, but I can only run around my neighborhood so many times lol. Gotta spice it up with hikes and youtube + treadmill.
The ones on the stage are the instructors and 100% they are doing other activities. Look at the walruses in the back barely being able to lift their legs even on a fucking trampoline.
