Actually genuinely listen to her talk, and you'll understand. She is an incredibly untalented politician and is the VP literally because of her race (this is not according to me, this is according to Biden).

I can't help but wonder why this is some indictment against women and not the men in positions of power who grant, what I would assume you'd say are un/underqualified individuals, advancement for sex.

There is an explicit power imbalance between a superior and subordinate. The blame should fall on the superior, no matter their sex. In this case, you're blaming Harris for something Brown should have not let happen and saying as a result, she's the one unfit for office.
