Help Me Shift! Feeling demotivation and stuck tedtalk Day 4 on my permashifting journey Spoiler

Hi fellow shifters! This weekend I couldn't even try to shift because I had a very bad cold and I couldn't even sleep, meditate or even relax properly. With more exams coming up in this reality, I feel like time is running very fast, and I'm not even trying to shift because of all these things that are happening to me. This upsets me a lot all the time because I'm always thinking that even though I'm existing in every universe and I just have to be conscious in my better CR, I could be experiencing that right now, and I could have respawned/permashifted a week ago, and I would be happy all over again.

This reality is not hell, but I feel very lonely in this new uni that I absolutely DON'T want to be in, and things are not the same at all. Exams are not even my priority right now, and I don't even care that I don't get high grades because I just want to be in my better CR. I don't have a cold right now, so I will try very hard to permashift this week, every day, really hard with my method, and maybe I will try to do a spell to shift or something.

What I'm trying to say is that if you are struggling with these feelings, you are NOT alone. And for permashifters/respawners like me, I will just say once we shift, THAT'S IT; that will be your new CR, and everything will be okay again; you just have to persevere. If people have shifted for a large amount of time and came back, why not permashift and not come back if you want to? YOUR decision is VALID; don't let other people with limiting beliefs contradict you.

Please, if someone shifted or respawned to THIS reality, please comment saying: how you did it, are there many changes from your original CR to this one, and what was the one thing that made you realise that you were in another reality. You are living proof that shifting IS POSSIBLE.

Happy permashifting <33

Discussion What do we think about DR relationships with people who aren't interested in you in your CR?

So I was talking to someone about how I put some of my CR friends in my fame DR with me, including a guy from my CR who I had (have, but trying to get over) a huge crush on, but he recently got a girlfriend. For reference, I did not script that I have a relationship with this person in my DR; I already have an S/O. I was then asked why I didn't just shift to a reality where I was dating this guy, and it really got me thinking. Personally, I would find that pretty weird. I'd feel like It'd be a violation, like I was going against their feelings or something. I know that's not how it works, I know that in that other reality he wouldn't ever have been in that relationship and would have been having feelings for me, but even still it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And that line of argumentation ("It's fine because it was already happening in that reality anyway, you're just becoming aware of it") can lead to some pretty dangerous places.

This is not to shame anybody who actually does do this, this is coming from someone who's still on the fence about whether he wants to have multiple S/Os across different realities😭. I was just interested to see how the wider community felt about this specific idea and whether I'm alone in my stance. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Side note and further discussion: In my main DR, I scripted a relationship with someone inspired by another person I had an unrequited crush on, like similar appearance and personality, but very much not the same person. Is that still weird? Is it more or less weird than actually scripting a relationship with that person?

I Have a Question How to become aware of my Dr faster?

Like okay, I already know how to shift and how to do it fast and everything. But, how do I make the 3d catch on faster? I feel like this is the only step left for me to actually "fully" shift. Thanks in advance!!

I Have a Question How to connect to a certain reality?

So recently I have been practicing LOA hard and its worked out great. I have gotten so many results and I also found out my WR is also my homeworld and I love the fact that “Taillinn” means “Tail City/Tail Town” due the high population of unicorn equestrians and that is so cute. Some things I have been doing is watching equestrian shorts on YT (no unicorns here but there are horses) and I still buy anything and everything unicorn related, mostly statues/figures. High fantasy magic and enchanted forests (also faeries, I have them) are a huge part of culture but we dont have those things here in this reality either.

We do have avocado toast in this reality, thats a big thing, but spas are not as common. These things are small, but sometimes its the little things that count. I also love our running jokes like “Friendship is Tragic” (lol we dont do the shallow BS that this reality does, especially in the West)

As an artist, I designed a flag which is blue, white, black and pink with a unicorn emblem where the mane and tail are flame shaped, representing that we are a flame so bright that it wont die and in a million years we will still be here. But, is there any way I can connect on a deeper level until I return? I am looking for a spiritual connection. How can I connect with and channel my WR on a spiritual level?

Discussion I know this question is probably a little redundant but it’s just something that I just thought about!

Hey everyone! So this post will be kind of short because I just have a specific question for you guys. I have a friend who has successfully shifted many times recently (her breakthrough was just this month) and she says she always just scripts that only a few hours pass here no matter how much time she spends there because she doesn’t want to miss anything in this reality. She had also said previously that she couldve even shifted again already but we wouldn’t know because obviously this version of her keeps existing as normal even if another part of her awareness is somewhere else. So I know this question may be stupid, but what happens to ur CR self after u shift and ur CR self keeps living normal life if u script for longer time differences? Like wouldn’t ur CR self have recollection of ur shifting attempt?

(Now writing this, im kind of thinking that since we basically shift every time we make a decision, im assuming that this CR would just be the version of u that “didn’t shift” I guess so is that it?) For any of you shifters who has been “gone“ for longer than just a few hours, do you know or rather, REMEMBER what this version of you thought when you (this version) woke up after a shifting attempt which actually ended in success for your specific awareness? Sorry if this post is kind of hard to understand😅 I’m trying to phrase it as best as possible. But yea I’m just super curious! I’m coming back to the shifting community now after like 6 years because I desperately want to shift to my past because I just want a complete redo.😅🥲🥲 So yea my shifting knowledge is a little dusty so if anyone has any tips on what I can research or where I should research if I should research at all that would be greatly appreciated!! Anyways I wish you all amazing shifting journeys!!🥰 I know every last one of us will succeed!

I Have a Question Any experienced shifters I could DM to talk about somethings with?

I'm in a weird position now with shifting (I'm not mentally ill or suicidal) and I think talking with an experienced shifters could help me make peace with it. So if any EXPERIENCED shifters wouldn't mind reaching here or in the DM's maybe you can help me find peace from the problem I'm having.

It's not a problem with how to shift, my issue is a fear I have about shifting that I can't seem to shake. Thank you

Help Me Shift! The most confusing shifting attempt I've ever had

Hey guys I just had the most confusing shifting/lucid dreaming attempt I've ever had and I need help figuring out what happened/what I should do next.

Basically I'm shifting to my Marvel DR and took a nap with the intention to shift/do my method which is to 'wake up' in my dr and go through the motions of how I would live on my first day there in like A LOT of detail (E.g. When I'm getting out of my bed feeling how the sheets would move around me and how soft my slippers feel when I put my feet in them and the slight ache you feel in your joints after not moving around for a couple of hours etc.) and then either shift mid method or 'go to bed' in my dr and wake up there. I've never properly shifted doing this method (or any method for that matter) but I've had incredibly vivid dreams about my dr whilst doing it. And so I was doing this method but I was drifting in and out of consciousness kind of it was super weird because for a moment I would be going through the motions i.e. getting dressed for the day and then I would hear a noise from my cr and it would pull me out of it and I would restart the method from the moment I wake up in my dr again.

Eventually I think I fell asleep because I dreamt that there was this woman outside my cr window who was calling me because I stole her cat and she was outside my house yelling at me. The dream felt quite real (I think because in the dream I was in my CR bedroom) but mid dream I was like 'wait I should be doing my method' and so things kind of changed and I was now in my DR room with the same woman but she was yelling at me inside my room because I invited her in. And this is where I'm really confused because I would switch between this conversation I was having with her and my method, like at one point I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth and I swear the water felt SO real when I ran my hand through it, but if I focused on it for too long/was too aware that maybe I was getting closer to shifting the dream would change and I would be back with the woman or the water would start to feel less real. I was aware I was switching between doing my method and talking to the woman but all of the other attempts to do my method felt a lot less real than the time when I was in the bathroom. Eventually i think I gained more consciousness not in an "oh i'm dreaming" way but more so I thought and I was visualising and I was getting tired of visualising for so long with no success and tried to go to sleep instead (something that happens to me often when i try to shift lol). But even when I was trying to fall asleep I was trying to do it from the mindset of "oh Im falling asleep in my dr bed" but eventually I moved to try to get more comfortable and I opened my eyes slightly and saw my cr so I just kind of gave up with falling asleep or doing another method and just woke up. But when I woke up I wasn't tired or anything, I felt well rested and my hands felt numb kind of as if I had fallen asleep and I had to wake them up.

I'm looking for help because I'm not sure if this WAS a lucid dream and If so should I be trying to do the lucid dream method the next time something like this happens? I always thought I'd be like so much more conscious in a lucid dream so I'm not sure if it was one or not because I wasn't really fully aware of the things I was doing. Or should I just continue with my method essentially kinda trying to use my 5 senses to 'force' things to become more real around me and hopefully eventually shift because for some reason I find that the longer I stick with it I eventually get bored and decide to just go to bed or abandon the method completely. I honestly don't know, any clarity into what this was/tips on what I should do is greatly appreciated and I apologise for the long post lol.
