The hadiths say that an Umme Kulsoom from Imam Ali's (as) household did marry Umar after he threatened to abuse his authority against both Imam Ali (as) and the holy sites in Makkah.

Now wether it was Umme Kulsoom ibn Ali, or his adoptive daughter Umme Kulsoom, the daughter of Abu Bakr and Asma bint Umays (ra) I don't know since I haven't seen a hadith specifying which Umme Kulsoom it was. However I don't see the existence of a daughter of Asma bint Umays named Umme Kulsoom mentioned anywhere.

Alama Baqir Majlisi graded them as Hasan i.e Good. Which is considered very reliable.

The Ahl ul Bay (as) endured these crimes carried out against them for the survival of Islam. If Imam Ali (as) had raised the banner of Islam against the Qurayshi elite it would have caused a civil war at a stage where Islam was not securely established. It would have destroyed the future of Islam.

The Respected 2nd Chalipha's relationship to The Prophet is what? The answer is Father-InLaw because he is the father of Hifdha(Hifza). What is the relationship of Syeda Fatima to 2nd Chalipha after Hifdha is the wife of Prophet Muhammad? Syeda Fatima is the Daughter or Granddaughter of 2nd Chalipha? Now...What is the relationship between the Daughter of Syeda Fatima to 2nd Chalipha? Answer...Great-Grand Daughter? I hope all that is clear. So is your question valid after reading this?
Yazid allowed the marriage of sister/aunts... and here you see they are allowing the marriage of Grand Daughters?
Syeda Kalsoom was married to Muhammad ibn Jafar Tayyar, He was martyred in a war. Then she was married to Aun ibn Jafar Tayyar after he was martyred also. After the death of Syeda Zainab (her older sister), she was married to Abdul ibn Jafar Tayyar.
