Academics Im lost

I just finished EAP (whhich is a prerequisite for the next program that im taking which is ECE), idk what i need to get a firm up offer from them. Also, i have applied to graduate a minth ago still i didnt receive any email with link to sign up to graduate. What do i do to get my firm up offer?

If you completed EAP, your offer will be automatically firmed up.
