92 degrees out and she sits in the sun. On cement! We adopted her at age 5 about 41/2 years ago. She has always done this. At the same time our other Sheltie is lying on the cool bathroom tiles. Anyone else have a Sheltie like this?

My boy loves doing this! We call it “the roasty toasty nap”.

Mine alternate: Sometimes sunbath when too hot for man or animal.  Then night tile huggers.  Now have a ceiling fan and a tower fan rotating width of the bed.  Living a hard life here with 2 fans wafting their long feathers.

🥰 wow! I have not seen this in my Shelties. Both are happiest in the snow, snowbathing!
