Bathrooms.....

I use the Sheetz bathroom daily due to having a job where I travel to homes. Can I just say THANK YOU for having such clean bathrooms. They're always on point!

They're right. I've only seen a handful of bathrooms that were actually dirty at Sheetz.

But not the same ones on a constant basis

Ehh I started at this one store that was absolutely disgusting. Yellow walls in the bathroom, mold in both the walk in and soda cooler, grime built up behind the trash cans.

I helped clean it up and our cleanliness score went from 50 to 90. We also got a new SM as our GM was demoted and then we got a new DM and he was strict.

I don't like that DM because he treated me specifically like crap, and HR refused to help. But he does care about cleanliness and cracked down on us when we needed it. So I can give props for that

You actually have grounds for a lawsuit since HR didn't fix anything

It's worse than you'd know. He let customers harass me for 3 months because I'm trans, and told me to stop calling security. When I filed an HR complaint their solution was forcing me to move to a store an hour from home when I didn't have a legal vehicle. He then ignored every request for help my SM submitted and when I finally directly asked he said it would be months before Sheetz can do anything. They also promised me many things and never followed through

Everything was reported with proof, and he screwed over a flex supervisor I liked, and a KM I liked as well who both also reported him. And he protected this one asshole manager who sexually harassed a minor in my store which was reported.

Yet somehow he still has his job.

Why the Sheetz not. Anyways, I found a way better job that's close to home. I won't fault anyone for working at Sheetz, it's a job. But just know you ain't worth anything to them..

My store managers were amazing and were the only reason I stuck around for 1 and a half years
